Sales and Refunds Policy

This policy outlines our payment terms, refund procedures, and cancellation policies for all business setup services provided by Najoom Corporate Services.
Payment Terms
All services require payment as per the agreed terms. Initial deposits are required to commence services, with balance payments due upon completion or as per the payment schedule. We accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved payment plans.
Service Fees
Service fees are clearly communicated before service commencement. Fees may vary based on jurisdiction, business activity, and service complexity. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If services have not commenced, a full refund may be available minus administrative fees. Once services begin, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Government fees paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services before commencement with written notice. Cancellation after service commencement may incur charges for work completed. Government applications submitted cannot be cancelled, and related fees are non-refundable.
Service Guarantees
We guarantee professional service delivery in accordance with UAE regulations. However, approval of licenses and visas is subject to government authority decisions, which are beyond our control. We provide best-effort services but cannot guarantee approvals.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments or services should be communicated to us in writing. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes will be subject to Dubai, UAE jurisdiction.
